US DOJ prosecutors have requested to prevent Sam Bankman-Fried, founder of FTX cryptocurrency exchange, from introducing evidence or arguments about the current value of his $500 million investments in artificial intelligence company Anthropic. PitchBook reveals that FTX and its sister company Alameda Research were investors in Anthropic. The AI firm announced plans to raise funding at a valuation between $20 billion to $30 billion, increasing the potential recovery for FTX customers and creditors.
