B2BinPay, a platform that facilitates crypto transactions for merchant and enterprise clients, has released a significant update to improve their clients’ crypto payment experience.
B2BinPay is known for its seamless integration ability, and its improved version, B2BinPay v17, comprises various features and fixes to meet all client’s needs.
New Settlement Options
Initially, B2BinPay provided settlements with five cryptocurrencies for merchants: BTC, USDC, USDT, USD and EUR.
With the update of B2BinPay v17, two more currencies were added to merchant wallets: TrueUSD and Euro Coin. This means that merchant clients’ settlement options have now broadened to 14 coins, 14 stablecoins, and 25 tokens.
The introduction of the Euro Coin is especially noteworthy since EUROC is one of the top 18 stablecoins and the second largest stablecoin after USDT. It is backed by Euro, which can be especially useful for companies in the Eurozone.
Moreover, all these new currencies are compatible with multiple token standards, like ERC20, BEP20, and TRC20.
Additional Currencies for Enterprise Clients
B2BinPay v17 also includes significant updates for Enterprise clients. The token support was considerably expanded and now has 113 new tokens and 14 stablecoins on different blockchains, including the most popular ones like TRON, BNB Smart Chain, and Ethereum.
Price Model Upgrades
Another major Version 17 update is the price module.
From now on, the setup price for Merchants is $500, and the commission fee is 0.4% instead of the 0.5% that was applied previously. Plus, renewed commission tiers were introduced, offering the lowest possible commission value of 0.25% for higher volumes of transactions.
The price module for Enterprise clients has also been transformed: the setup cost was reduced from $1500 to $100 and covers smart contract activation on TRON, BSC, and ETH, as well as wallets for Stellar, Ripple, and Binance Coin. The updated commission tiers offer commission values starting from 0.4%, with the lowest possible value of 0.05%.
User Interface And Usability Enhancement
The user interface of the new version of B2BinPay has undergone some changes to become more convenient and user-friendly.
New filter options have been added to the Rates Tab: Now you can filter by currency types, alphabetical order and favourites.
Also, guided tours and onboarding notes were introduced to help new users easily navigate the platform.
Additionally, transaction costs have become even more transparent because it is now possible to customise fee amounts. Plus, payout fees are now shown in your default currency, which adds to the convenience and transparency of the transaction.
Several updates have been made to the platform’s usability. The dropdown menus are enhanced with such functionalities as adding grouping by currency types.
Another update of B2BinPay v17 is a “Delete Wallet” button that allows you to remove wallets with no deposits or zero balance.
The expiration limit for invoices issued by merchants is removed, while an email notification feature for reports is introduced.
Some upgrades for Enterprise clients have also been added. Now, sorting of wallet tables by ID and currency is available for enterprise users.
QR codes have become more understandable, with a token icon as an additional layer above the code. Moreover, you can remove or add an IP address in the IP whitelist separately: all you need to do is confirm the action with your password in the modal window.
New Level Of Customer Support
The enhancement of the Helpdesk ensures that you are notified of new messages in the support tickets as soon as they are delivered. This is achieved by implementing a real-time notification system and an “unread counter” that displays the number of tickets containing new messages.
